This nice cozy apartment 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment is located in the middle of the bustle of Albir. However, the complex is built in such a way that you end up in a small holiday village as soon as you enter the doors of the complex. The whole complex is very cozy with greenery, a large swimming pool and space everywhere to sit and enjoy the peace and cosiness.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is a duplex apartment.
As soon as you step inside, you enter the cozy living room with a lovely sofa (sofa bed for 2 people, unfolded 150 x 195 cm). A dining table with a nice smart TV to relax and stream. Through a sliding door you enter the first terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, grill or dinner overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
The kitchen is located next to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine and there is enough cooking equipment to enjoy cooking.
A spiral staircase leads to the next floor. Here is a bedroom with a double bed 160×200 and a large wardrobe. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with bath/shower/WC and sink with bathroom cabinet. Towels and bed linen provided!
If you go up a flight of stairs you will reach the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long, until the evening hours.
The complex has a large swimming pool and a lovely garden. You can sit / sunbathe anywhere in the complex and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. The complex is located in the middle of Albir. There is a large parking garage (public) where you can park your car for 2 hours a day, there is always room here. 50 meters from the complex and next to the Supermarket.
